30-Day Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products to Electronics Basket within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions listed below.

Eligibility Conditions

If any of the conditions below are not met, Electronics Basket reserves the right to refuse the return.

• UPC codes and serial numbers must be intact; otherwise, the return will be refused.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns based on the condition of the returned merchandise.
• Products must be returned in their original, unaltered packaging.
• Returned products must include all items originally received, including free items and accessories. If any free items or accessories are retained, their retail value will be deducted from the refund.
• All original packing materials, manuals, inserts, cables, warranty cards, and rebate cards must be included.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• The refund amount is limited to the original purchase price.

Non-Returnable Items

• Unboxed TVs, combo units, and monitors 37" or larger with unsealed packaging
• Unboxed computers and computer software with unsealed original packaging
• Electronic software or digital downloads
• Unboxed consumable items such as CDs, DVDs, ink cartridges, film, bulbs, etc.
• Computers built, customized, or modified to customer specifications
• Select special-order merchandise
• Items specifically marked as non-returnable on the website
• Equipment submerged underwater
• Unboxed or unwrapped educational tapes or books

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, Electronics Basket will offer a replacement or a refund.

Claims for items damaged or missing during transit must be reported within three (3) business days of receiving the merchandise.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at 1-800-369-4284 or email info@electronicsbasket.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Shipping Products for Return or Exchange

Please repack the product carefully. Place the manufacturer’s box inside a separate shipping box and include the RMA number clearly beneath the return address.

Do not affix shipping labels or write directly on the manufacturer’s packaging.

Limited Liability

Please ship returns using insured ground delivery. Electronics Basket is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

We are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the purchase or use of any merchandise.

Please ensure all electronics are factory reset and any passwords or personal data are removed before returning the product.

Refund Timeframe

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after the returned merchandise is received and inspected.

Refunds are limited to the original purchase price and do not include shipping or handling fees, which are non-refundable.
